Get hardware insights from Rovo
Hardware asset management is available with Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise.
To get hardware insights, you must have hardware User or Administrator permissions, as well as Assets view permissions on the hardware schema where your data resides. Insights only reflect the hardware you can see.
Rovo can surface AI-powered insights about your hardware right on the overview — highlighting things worth acting on, such as warranties about to expire, low stock, or hardware that no longer appears to be in use. You can also ask Rovo your own questions about your hardware.
Do this with Rovo
You can also get these insights from Rovo Chat. Open Rovo Chat and type /get-hardware-insights to surface risks and opportunities — such as warranty gaps, ghost or stale devices, or low stock levels — drawn from your hardware data. Ask for a specific topic ("what are my warranty risks?") or for everything available.
