標準変更の自動承認
ITIL defines a standard change as a request that is pre-approved. The IT service space template comes with an automation template that can be used to pre-approve standard changes.
これは、[Change type] が [Standard] に設定されている変更リクエストを調べることで動作します。Peer review / Change manager approval ステージから Planning ステージにこれらをトランジションします。
このテンプレートは自動化設定の中にあります。
From your service space, select Space settings, then Automation.
「リスクが低い変更管理リクエストが「レビュー中」になる → リクエストを「承認済み」に移動する」というテンプレートを選択します。
