Find stockrooms in the register
Hardware asset management is available with Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise.
To set it up, you must be a Jira admin and an Assets admin.
To find stockrooms in the register, you must have hardware User or Administrator permissions, as well as Assets view permissions on the hardware schema where your data resides. The register only shows the stockrooms you can see.
The Stockrooms tab lists all your stockrooms in one register, so you can see where hardware is stored and drill into any stockroom's details.
View the stockrooms register
In the left navigation, select Hardware.
From the tabs at the top, select Stockrooms.
The register lists your stockrooms with columns such as Name,Type,Location,Parent stockroom,Manager,Total hardware count,Created, and Updated. Pagination (for example, Showing 20 of 29) shows how many stockrooms are displayed.
Select a stockroom to open its details.
Sort and choose columns
Select a column heading to sort the register by that column.
Use the column options to choose which columns appear in the register.
Filter your stockrooms
On the Stockrooms tab, use the filters to narrow the list:
Location — show only the stockrooms at a given location.
More filters — filter on additional attributes.
Search for a stockroom
In the Search stockroom box, enter a stockroom name.
The register updates to show matching stockrooms as you type.
The stockrooms you can see depend on your Assets permissions on the hardware assets schema.
