作業項目に自分自身を割り当てる

When customers send requests to your service space, they become work items in your queue. You may want to assign yourself to a work item.

To assign yourself to a work item:

  1. Next to Queues in your space, select More actions (), then Queue settings.

  2. Find a work item with an unassigned Assignee field.

  3. Select the Assignee field of the work item.

  4. Select Assign to me.
