顧客の名前を編集する

この手順は、ご利用のユーザー管理エクスペリエンスによって異なります。

オリジナルのユーザー管理のためにカスタマーの氏名を変更する

1. Select Settings (), then User management.

2. From the sidebar, select Jira Service Management.

3. "ポータルの顧客" ページから、更新したい顧客を見つけて [フルネームを編集] を選択します。

4. 変更を加え、[更新] をクリックします。

リクエストされた顧客の名前は、Jira サイトで更新されます。

一元化されたユーザー管理のためにカスタマーの氏名を変更する

1. Select Settings (), then User management.

2. Select Products from the top navigation.

3. 左側の [サイトと製品] からサイト名を選択します。

4. Under Jira Service Management in the sidebar, select Portal-only customers.

5. 更新したい顧客を見つけて [フルネームを編集] を選択します。

6. 変更を加え、[更新] をクリックします。

リクエストされた顧客の名前は、Jira サイトで更新されます。
