To further reduce unwanted emails, configure email filtering rules in your inbox to move unwanted emails (based on subject or sender, for example) to a separate folder before Jira processes them.
You must be a space admin to add, edit, or remove domains and email addresses from the blocklist. Read about global and space permissions.
ブロックリストにドメインまたはメール アドレスを追加する
Select Channels & self service, then Email.
Select More (), then Manage blocklist.
[+ メール アドレスまたはドメインの追加] を選択します。
ドメイン名 (@ は含めない) またはブロックする特定のメール アドレスを入力します。
[保存] () を選択します。
For example, you can block promotional emails by adding the email addresses that send them to your blocklist.
ブロックリストのドメインまたはメール アドレスを編集する
Select Channels & self service, then Email.
Select More (), then Manage blocklist.
変更するドメインまたはメール アドレスの横にある [編集] を選択します。
[ドメインまたはメール アドレスを編集する] > [保存] ()。
ブロックリストからドメインまたはメール アドレスを削除する
Select Channels & self service, then Email.
Select More (), then Manage blocklist.
削除するドメインまたはメール アドレスの横にある [削除] を選択します。
特定のドメインからのメッセージを常に受信するには、許可リストに追加します。
Blocklists only support exact domain matching. For example, adding the domain 'example.com' will match 'anyuser@example.com' but not 'anyuser@example.com.au' or 'anyuser@mail.example.com'.
現在、ブロックリストはワイルドカードやパターン マッチングをサポートしていません。
