This article is relevant to Legacy automation in service spaces created before August 30, 2021. If you don’t see Legacy automation in your service space, check out these Automation articles.
If the preset automation flows don’t quite cover what you need, you can create your own flows to automate tasks specific to your team.
You must be an admin to create a custom automation flow.
To create a custom automation flow:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Automation.
Select Add flow.
Select Create a custom flow, then select Continue.
Select + Add trigger, then choose a trigger and select Add.
Select + Add action, then choose an action and select Add.
Optionally, select Add condition, then + Add condition. You can add additional conditions after your first by selecting the + under your conditions.
[保存] を選択します。
You can have up to 30 automation flows for each space.
