サービス プロジェクトを 1 つのヘルプ センターにリンクすることで、管理者はホーム ページ、トピック、および検索にそれらのプロジェクトに関連するヘルプ リソースを表示できます。これにより、特定のヘルプ センターにアクセスするユーザーは、該当するヘルプ センター内で各自のニーズに合った情報やリソースのみを確認できるようになります。
これは、異なるオーディエンス グループを対象とする複数のヘルプ センターを管理する場合に特に役立ちます。管理者は各ヘルプ センターにどのコンテンツを表示するかを制御し、特定のオーディエンス セグメントに対して特定のプロジェクトへのアクセスを制限できるからです。
サービス プロジェクトをヘルプ センターにリンクするには、サイト管理者または Jira 管理者である必要があります。
How you link projects to a help center depends on whether your help center is labeled Modern or Legacy. Find out which help center you're using.
Link projects to a Modern help center
In a Modern help center, you link at least one service space when you create the help center. Linked spaces show their request forms, knowledge base articles and other resources in the help center. Each help center has its own linked spaces. Find out how to create a Modern help center.
To manage the spaces linked to a Modern help center:
Select Help centers in the left navigation sidebar.
On the help center's card, open the actions menu (•••), then select Settings.
Go to the Spaces tab. It lists each space with its lead and its status, such as Linked.
To unlink a space, select Unlink next to it.
To link another space, change the Linked spaces filter to show spaces that aren't linked, then link the space.
To link every new service space to the help center automatically, turn on Link all new spaces to this help center.
Link projects to a Legacy help center
In a Legacy help center, you link projects from the help center settings.

Select Settings () at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.
Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.
Under Help center management, select View all help centers.
On the card for the help center you want to link projects to, select … at the top right.

You'll see a list of all your projects here. Select those you want to link to your help center.
リンクを選択します。

新しいプロジェクトをヘルプ センターに自動的にリンクする
既定では、すべての新しいプロジェクトが自動的にヘルプ センターにリンクされるようにセットアップされています。代わりにプロジェクトをヘルプ センターに手動でリンクする場合は、この設定をオフにします。
新しいサービス プロジェクトの自動リンクをオフにするには、次の手順に従います。
Select Settings () at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.
Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.
Under Help center management, select View all help centers.
On the card for the help center you want to make this change to, select … at the top right.

Turn off the Link all new projects to this help center toggle.
サービス プロジェクトとヘルプ センターのリンクを解除する
ヘルプ センターから 1 つまたは複数のサービス プロジェクトのリンクを解除するには、次の手順を実行します。

From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.
Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.
Under Help center management, select View all help centers.
On the card for the help center you want to unlink projects from, select … at the top right.

You'll see a list of all your projects here. Select those you want to unlink from your help center.
[リンク解除] を選択します。
Unlinking a project removes all its help resources from that help center and it won't be available to be displayed on the home page, in topics or in search. The portal of this service project will also not be visible in the help center.
顧客が関連情報とリソースにアクセスできるようにするには、少なくとも 1 つのプロジェクトがヘルプ センターにリンクされている必要があります。
