ヘルプ センターでログイン メッセージを追加する

ログイン メッセージを使用して、ヘルプ センターを訪れた顧客を歓迎したり、ログイン時に使用するメール アドレスの選択に関する指示を出したりできます。また、顧客がログインできない場合は、問い合わせ先であるサポートのメール アドレスをここに追加できます。

ヘルプ センターにログイン メッセージを追加するには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。

How you add a login message depends on whether your help center is labeled Modern or Legacy. Find out which help center you're using.

Add a login message in a Modern help center

In a Modern help center, you add the login message from the Customize menu on the help center's navigation bar.

To add a login message in a Modern help center:

1. Open the help center you want to add the login message to.

2. Select Customize at the top right of the navigation bar.

3. Select Add login page message.

4. Add a title and message, then save your changes.

Add a login message in a Legacy help center

In a Legacy help center, you add the login message from the Customise menu.

To add a login message to a Legacy help center:

1. Select Settings () at the top right.

2. From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.

3. Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.

4. Under Help center management, select View all help centers.

5. On the card for the help center you want to add the login message to, select … at the top right.

6. Select Customise look and feel. The help center opens.

7. Select Customise at the top right, and from the dropdown, select Add login page message.

8. タイトルとメッセージを追加します。

9. ログイン メッセージを複数の言語で利用できるようにする場合は、[翻訳を追加] を選択します。

10. タイトルとメッセージを追加して、[変更を保存] を選択します。
