カスタマーを歓迎する説明文を追加する
add your company's logo to reflect its brand, and
in a Legacy help center, add announcements to your portal.
ポータルの詳細を編集するには、次の手順に従います。
Next to the name of your space in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings > Channels & self service > Portal.
Edit the Portal name and Introduction text fields as needed. To add a logo, select Add logo.
[保存] を選択します。
The portal logo will appear in notifications sent from your service space. Accepted formats for the logo are JPEG, GIF, and PNG, with a recommended size of 50X50 pixels.
ポータルのロゴはスペースのアバターとは異なります。スペースのアバターは、サービス スペース内でチームに対して表示されます。一方、ポータルのロゴは、カスタマー向けのヘルプ センターとポータルに表示されます。
