ポータルのカスタマイズ
As a space admin, you can:
ポータルの名前を変更する
カスタマーを歓迎する説明文を追加する
会社のブランドを反映したロゴを追加する
ポータルの詳細を編集するには、次の手順に従います。
From your service space, select Space settings, then Channels & self service, then Portal.
必要に応じて、[ポータル名]、[説明文]、[ロゴ] の各フィールドを編集します。
The portal logo will appear in notifications sent from your service space. Accepted formats for the logo are JPEG, GIF, and PNG, with a recommended size of 50X50 pixels.
Your portal logo is different from your space avatar. Your space avatar appears within your service space to your team, while your portal logo appears in your customer-facing help centers and the portal.
ポータルには、ネストされているヘルプ センターの URL、バナー、ボタン、リンクの色が継承されます。これらは、該当するヘルプ センターをカスタマイズすることで変更できます。
