アクティブなジャーニー タイプと非アクティブなジャーニー タイプを管理する

ジャーニー タイプは、設定時にアクティブまたは非アクティブのいずれかの状態に設定できます。それぞれの状態によって、ジャーニーが実行されるかどうかが決まります。各状態には、ジャーニー タイプの各構成を監視するのに役立ついくつかのステータスがあります。

非アクティブ状態

下書き

あらゆるジャーニー タイプの作成は、下書きから始まります。下書きによって、プロセスをゆっくりと構築できます。また、進捗を自動で保存しながら、関係者と作業を続けられます。下書きは、すべての必須フィールドが入力されていることを確認するなど、すべての検証チェックに合格しなければ公開できません。ジャーニー タイプをアクティブにする準備ができたら、[公開] を選択します。 

アーカイブ済み

無効にしたい、または使用しなくなったアクティブなジャーニー タイプは、アーカイブできます。アーカイブしても、すでにトリガーされている既存のジャーニーには影響しません。これらのジャーニーは完了するまで引き続き実行されます。ジャーニー タイプをアーカイブするには、公開済みのジャーニー タイプを開いて [アーカイブ] を選択します。一方、アーカイブされたジャーニーを復元する場合は、アーカイブされたジャーニーを開いて [復元] を選択します。

アクティブ状態

Published

Once you’re ready for your journey type to start running, it can be published which immediately makes it active and listening out for its trigger. You can edit published journey types at any time to make changes, but changes won’t affect existing journeys that may already be running. Read more about editing journey types

View active journeys

View a table of work items that are parents of journeys currently executing in your service space. This helps service teams track and manage active journeys more efficiently by providing a centralized view of their parent work items.

To access the active journeys table:

1. サービス スペースに移動します。

2. Select Journeys from the space navigation on the left.

3. Select the Active tab to view the table of work items that are parents of journeys currently executing.

For example, your IT team has rolled out a new employee onboarding journey. Rather than hunting through individual tickets to check progress, the Active tab shows all parent work items with running journeys in one table so you can immediately see which onboarding journeys are in flight and act on any that need attention.
