カスタム コンテンツの翻訳を管理する
You can add custom translations to your service space to enhance your customer’s experience. Custom content may include translations of request type labels, messages in your portal, and customer notifications.
カスタム言語翻訳を確認または更新するには、次の手順を実行します。
Next to the name of your space in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.
Select Language support.
リストから任意の言語を選択します。
その言語の翻訳をレビューまたは更新します。
[保存] を選択します。
We group your customer-facing content into sections. Use the service space sidebar to jump between these sections. For most sections, the service space’s default language appears in the left column and the translated text appears in the right.
Translate help center content
You can also translate content that you add to a help center. How you translate help center content depends on whether your help center is labeled Modern or Legacy. Find out which help center you're using.
Translate help center content in a Modern help center
In a Modern help center, you can add translations for the content of these components on your help center's pages:
callout banners
spotlights
carousels
the help heading
To add translations in a Modern help center:
Select Help centers in the left navigation sidebar.
On the card for the help center you want to edit, select Customize help center (pencil icon).
In the editor sidebar, select the Content tab, then select Manage translations.
Translating these components is available on all Jira Service Management plans that include help centers, including Standard.
Translate help center content in a Legacy help center
In a Legacy help center, if your teams have added translations to service spaces on your site, you can choose a language for your login message, announcement, help center name, and home page title. The help center language displays to customers when their profile or detected language isn't available.
This page applies to company-managed spaces only.
