If a service project is finished or no longer needed, you can move it to the trash where it will be available for 60 days before being permanently deleted. Within that 60-day period, Jira admins can restore the service project and use it again. Find out how to restore a service project.

1. サイドバーにあるスペース名の横で、その他のアクション（•••）を選択し、スペース設定を選択します。

2. Select Details

3. [その他] ()、[ゴミ箱に移動] の順に選択します。

4. [ゴミ箱に移動] を選択します。

1. 右上から [設定]、[プロジェクト] の順に選択します。

2. サイドバーで [プロジェクトの管理] を選択します。

3. サービス プロジェクトを検索して、[その他] ()、[ゴミ箱に移動] の順に選択します。 

4. [ゴミ箱に移動] を選択します。

ゴミ箱にあるサービス プロジェクトの作業項目は、検索結果には表示されません。サービス プロジェクトに関連するスキーム、ワークフロー、作業タイプ、またはその他のサービス プロジェクトと共有される可能性のあるコンテンツは、サービス プロジェクトをゴミ箱に移動しても影響を受けません。

サービス プロジェクトをゴミ箱に移動すると、次のようになります。

• SLA タイマー: リクエストに関連付けられている既存のタイマーはカウントを停止します。

• Automation flows:

  • “SLA time remaining” and “Time in Status” flow types won’t be executed. These include flows like the At-risk SLA alert and the Close resolved work item preset automation flow.

  • Flows that execute actions on work items will fail and won’t be re-tried.

  • If the service project is restored, flows will only be executed once operations are performed on existing requests. For newly created requests, automation flows will run as normal.

• 受信メール: サービス プロジェクトがゴミ箱に入っている間に送信されたメール リクエストは処理されません。

• デプロイ ゲートの構成: 新しいデプロイ ゲート変更リクエストは機能しませんが、デプロイの保留中または一時停止中の変更リクエストはその状態のままになります。

Jira 管理者のみがサービス プロジェクトを復元できます。ゴミ箱にあるサービス プロジェクトは 60 日後に完全に削除されます。

このサービス プロジェクトを通常どおり機能させるには、メール サポートを有効する必要がある場合があります。

1. サイドバーにあるスペース名の横で、その他のアクション（•••）を選択し、スペース設定を選択します。

2. Select Channels & self service, then Email.

3. [メール サポートをオンにする] を選択します。

The service project along with its requests, queues, automation flows, SLAs, and reports will be restored. Agents can edit and work on work items. The service project will appear in directories and work items will appear in search results.
