Trash and restore a space

If a service space is finished or no longer needed, you can move it to the trash where it will be available for 60 days before being permanently deleted. Within that 60-day period, Jira admins can restore the service space and use it again. Find out how to restore a service project.

You need to be a Jira admin to move company-managed service spaces to trash. To move a team-managed service space to the trash, you’ll need to be a Jira admin or a space admin.

Move a service space to the trash

Work items from service spaces in the trash won't appear in search results. Service space associated schemes, workflows, work types, or any content that might be shared with other service spaces won't be affected by moving a service space to the trash.

Once a service space is in the trash:

• SLA タイマー: リクエストに関連付けられている既存のタイマーはカウントを停止します。

• 自動化フロー:

  • 「SLA 残り時間」と「ステータスにある時間」の各フロー タイプは実行されません。これらのフローには、「SLA の把握」や「Close resolved work item (解決済みの作業項目を終了)」といった事前設定の自動化フローなどが含まれます。

  • 作業項目に対してアクションを実行するフローは失敗して、再試行されません。

  • サービス スペースが復元された場合、フローは既存のリクエストに対して操作が実行された後にのみ実行されます。新規作成されたリクエストの場合、自動化フローは通常どおり実行されます。

• Incoming emails: Any email requests sent while the service space is in the trash won’t be processed.

• デプロイ ゲートの構成: 新しいデプロイ ゲート変更リクエストは機能しませんが、デプロイの保留中または一時停止中の変更リクエストはその状態のままになります。

Restore a service space from the trash

Only Jira admins can restore a service space. Service spaces in the trash will be permanently deleted after 60 days.

To restore a service space from the trash: 

1. From the top-right, select Settings (), and then Spaces.

2. サイドバーから [ごみ箱] を選択します。 

3. 復元するサービス プロジェクトを検索して、[その他] ()、[復元] の順に選択します。 

このサービス スペースを通常どおり機能させるには、メール サポートを有効化する必要がある場合があります。

1. サイドバーにあるスペース名の横で、その他のアクション（•••）を選択し、スペース設定を選択します。

2. [チャンネル & セルフ サービス] > [メール] の順に選択します。

3. [メール サポートをオンにする] を選択します。

サービス スペースは、リクエスト、キュー、自動化フロー、SLA、レポートと併せて復元されます。エージェントは作業項目を編集して作業できます。サービス スペースはディレクトリに表示されて、その作業項目は検索結果に表示されます。
