既定のヘルプ センターを表示する

When you sign up for a Jira Service Management site, a default help center is automatically created. How you go to your default help center depends on whether your help center is labeled Modern or Legacy. Find out which help center you're using.

Go to the default help center in a Modern help center

In a Modern help center, you go to your default help center from the area where you manage all your help centers. A new site's default help center is a Modern help center. If your site already has a Legacy default help center, it doesn't become Modern automatically. You need to update it to Modern yourself.

To go to your default Modern help center:

1. Select Help centers in the left navigation sidebar.

2. Find the help center with the Default label on its card, then open its actions menu (•••) and select View help center.

Go to the default help center in a Legacy help center

In a Legacy help center, you go to your default help center from Jira Service Management settings.

既定のヘルプ センターに移動するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Select Settings () at the top right.

2. From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.

3. Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.

4. Under Help center management, select View all help centers.

5. 既定としてマークされているヘルプ センターを選択します。
