Manage custom dashboards
Hardware asset management is available with Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise.
To build and view custom hardware dashboards, you must have hardware User or Administrator permissions, as well as Assets view permissions on the hardware schema where your data resides. Dashboards only show the hardware you can see.
Build custom dashboards to give your team tailored views of your hardware, and keep them up to date as your needs change.
Custom dashboards are shared with everyone who has access to the hardware space. Creating, renaming, or removing a dashboard affects what everyone sees.
カスタム ダッシュボードの作成
Open the Overview tab.
Using the view selector, choose the option to create a new custom dashboard.
Give the dashboard a name.
Build the dashboard using the view builder:
Add widget — choose a chart template from the picker, or build your own chart.
Add filter — limit the dashboard to specific hardware.
Add column and Add row — arrange the layout.
Save the dashboard. It now appears in the view selector for everyone.
Rename a custom dashboard
On the tab for the custom dashboard you want to rename, select the … dropdown in front of the tab.
Select Rename, enter the new name, and save. The new name is shown to everyone.
Remove a custom dashboard
On the tab for the custom dashboard you want to remove, select the … dropdown in front of the tab.
Select Remove, then confirm. It's removed for everyone with access to the space.
The details of building and configuring individual charts are covered in the Jira dashboards documentation.
