統合でできるようになること

Use the Bitbucket integration to forward certain events (such as pull requests, work items, and push events) to Jira Service Management with detailed information. Jira Service Management acts as a dispatcher for Bitbucket alerts, determines the right people to notify based on on-call schedules– notifies via email, text messages (SMS), phone calls, and iOS & Android push notifications, and escalates alerts until they are acknowledged or closed.

• Bitbucket のリポジトリでプル リクエストが作成されると、Jira Service Management でアラートが作成されます。

• When a work item is created in your repository in Bitbucket, it creates an alert in Jira Service Management.

• Bitbucket のリポジトリにプッシュされると、Jira Service Management でアラートが作成されます。

• Bitbucket のリポジトリでプル リクエストがクローズされると、Jira Service Management でアラートがクローズされます。

• When a work item is closed in your repository in Bitbucket, it closes the alert in Jira Service Management.

統合をセットアップする

Bitbucket は API ベースの統合です。次のステップに沿ってセットアップを行います。

Bitbucket 統合を追加する

Jira Service Management で Bitbucket 統合を追加するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. チームのオペレーション ページに移動します。

2. 左側のナビゲーション パネルで、[統合]、[統合を追加] の順に選択します。

3. 検索を実行して「Bitbucket」を選択します。

4. 次の画面で、統合の名前を入力します。

5. オプション: 特定のチームが統合からのアラートを受信するようにする場合は、[Assignee team (担当者チーム)] のチームを選択します。

6. [Continue] を選択します。
   この時点で、統合が保存されます。

7. [統合を設定する手順] セクションを展開して Webhook URL をコピーします。
   この URL は、後ほど Bitbucket で統合を設定する際に使用します。

8. [統合をオンにする] を選択します。
   統合のために作成したルールは、統合をオンにした場合にのみ機能します。

Bitbucket で統合を設定する

Bitbucket で統合を設定するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Bitbucket リポジトリで、左側の [リポジトリ設定] タブを開きます。

2. 左側のペインから [Webhook] を選択します。

3. [Webhook を追加] を選択します。

4. Jira Service Management からコピーした Webhook URL を [URL] に貼り付けます。

5. Select the Repository, Work item, and Pull request events from the list as required.

6. [アクティブ] が選択されているか、確認します。

7. [Webhook を追加] を選択します。
   Webhook の設定が Bitbucket に保存されると、Jira Service Management でテスト アラートが作成されます。
