ヘルプ センターでホーム ページのレイアウトを編集する

You can set up your help center’s home page to help customers find the most relevant help resources faster, check out your most important and business-critical portals, and to view recently used request forms.

There are a few ways in which you can group and manage the content that appears in your help center.

トピック

A topic lets you group request forms and knowledge base articles from across portals. You can create topics in your help center to match your customers' needs, to help them find what they need faster, and improve self-service. Learn how to create and manage topics in your help center.

Topics are only available on Premium and Enterprise plans. If you’re on a Free or Standard plan, you’ll need to upgrade to use this feature. Find out more about Jira Service Management plans and pricing.

Portals

A portal is your service project’s customer-facing site. Customers send and track requests through the portal, and also read knowledge base articles to self-serve. Portals are created automatically when you create a service project. They also show up in the help center as soon as they’re created.

You can help customers self-serve by featuring relevant portals prominently on the help center’s home page. This is especially useful to promote portals that are business-critical or are commonly-used by customers. Learn how to feature portals in the help center.

Recently used request forms

Request forms that are used most frequently by your customers are also shown in your help center’s home page. This is automatically populated based on their usage and cannot be edited or reordered currently.

Edit the home page layout of your help center

Editing the home page layout of your help center lets you gain control over how help content is displayed to your customer.

ホーム ページのレイアウトを編集するには、次の手順に従います。

  1. [設定] () > [製品] > [Jira Service Management] > [構成] の順に移動します。

  2. [ヘルプ センターをカスタマイズ] で、[Edit the layout of your help center (ヘルプ センターのレイアウトを編集)] を選択します。

  3. Once you’re in the Edit home page layout page, make necessary changes to the layout. You can create and manage topics, and feature and sort portals from here.

  4. [Publish layout (レイアウトを公開)] を選択して、変更した内容をヘルプ センターに表示します。

    • また、[キャンセル] を選択して変更内容を破棄し、前回公開したホーム ページ レイアウトのバージョンに戻すことができます。
