Choose Flow options () in the flows configuration page to change the behavior of a specific flow. Learn more about how to add and configure automation flows.

Run flow as
By default, flows run as the person who created the space. Alternatively, you can run flows as the user who triggers the flow. For example, if a flow responds to a customer, then you might want the comment to be from the agent who is working on the request, not from the person who created the space. In this case, you would want to set the Run flow as to User who triggered the flow. Make sure the person you choose has permission to complete all the actions taken by the flow.
To change the default run-as user, go to Automation > Configuration . Make sure the person you choose has permission to perform all the actions that you might try to automate in all your flows.
Allow other flows to trigger this flow
By default, flows can trigger other flows. In some cases, you might need to disable this to prevent two flows from triggering each other infinitely.
