アラートのグループ化を設定する

アラートのグループ化により、Jira Service Management でアラートをグループ化する方法を制御できます。グループ化ルールを定義することで、アラートのノイズを削減して、関連するアラートをチームがインシデントをトリアージして対応する方法に合わせて整理できます。

アラート グループ化の設定にアクセスする

アラートのグループ化は、次のいずれかの方法で設定できます。

1. [オペレーション] に移動します。

2. アラート グループを設定するチームを選択します。

3. [アラート グループ] を開きます。

アラートのグループ化の仕組み

アラートのグループ化では、次に基づいて、どのアラートを関連するものと見なしてグループ化するかを決定します。

• グループ化ウィンドウ (時間ベース)

• 選択されたアラート フィールド (属性ベース)

選択した時間枠内で設定された条件に一致するアラートは、自動的にグループ化されます。

グループ化ウィンドウは、受信したアラートがグループ化の対象となる期間を定義します。

[グループ化の基準] を使用して、アラートをグループ化するために一致する必要があるアラート フィールドを選択します。

次の 1 つ以上のフィールドを使用して、アラートをグループ化できます。

• アラートのタイトル (必須フィールド)

• アラートの説明 (必須フィールド)

• 影響を受けるサービス

• 連携

• Tags

• ソース

• 優先度

グループ化ウィンドウ内で選択したすべてのフィールドが一致する場合にのみ、アラートがグループ化されます。

How is usage calculated for alert grouping

Alert grouping uses Rovo credits when you take certain actions on alert groups or on selected alerts within a group. Each billable action includes a per user, monthly Rovo credit allowance of 100 credits.

What counts as a billable action?

For alerts

When an alert group is selected, the following actions are billed:

• Close All (すべてクローズ)

• Acknowledge All (すべて承認)

• すべて削除

• インシデントを作成する

• 自分への割り当て

• 割り当て

• Link incident

• Snooze All

• Snooze (スヌーズ)

• Classify an alert group as Signal or Noise

For alerts within a group

When an alert within a group is selected, the following actions are billed:

• close

• Acknowledge

• 削除

• インシデントを作成する

• 自分への割り当て

• 割り当て

• Link incident

• Add tag

• メモの追加

• Add Responder (対応者の追加)

• Classify an alert as Signal or Noise

What doesn’t count as a billable action?

These actions are free to use:

• Update Signal and Noise (SnR)

• Remove alert from group

• Expand Alert group

What to expect if you go over your credit allowance

Organization and billing admins set Rovo credit usage limits and have controls to adjust limits as needed. When you reach your usage limit with extra usage enabled, billable actions continue without interruption. Admins are notified at 80% and 100% usage, and extra usage is charged on your next invoice. See Manage extra usage

If extra usage is disabled, you won’t be able to take billable actions on alert groups or selected alerts within a group until credit allowance resets on the first of the following month. Free actions will continue to work.

If you need to use more than your total allowance, you can also consider purchasing usage packs.

Organization admins can track Rovo credit usage in Atlassian Administration.

To view your usage:

1. アトラシアンの管理に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Insights, then Platform usage.

3. From here, you can view your total credit allowance, current usage, app-level trends, user-level usage, and which features are consuming credits.
