別のサイトの Confluence スペースをリンクまたはリンク解除する

This article provides instructions on how to link and unlink Confluence spaces on a different site to your service project.

Before you begin to link or unlink Confluence spaces, you need to:

• Check if you’re a project admin of the project where you want to link spaces.

• Check if you’re a Confluence space admin of the space to be linked.

Link Confluence spaces

組織内の別の Confluence サイトのスペースをサービス プロジェクトにリンクするには、次の手順に従います。

1. ご利用のプロジェクトから、[プロジェクト設定] > [チャンネルとセルフサービス] > [ナレッジ ベース] の順に選択します。

2. [ナレッジを追加] を選択します。

3. ナレッジ ソースとして Confluence を選択します。

4. 任意のサイトを選択します。

5. Select the knowledge base type.

6. ご利用のプロジェクトにリンクしたいスペースを選択します。

7. Select Link space.

You can link Confluence spaces on only one site per project at a given time. If you wish to select a different site within your organization, you’ll first need to unlink the spaces you’ve linked, and then continue the process of linking spaces.

サービス プロジェクトからスペースのリンクを解除する

サービス プロジェクトからスペースをリンク解除するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. プロジェクトから、[プロジェクト設定] に移動し、[ナレッジ ベース] を選択します。

2. リンクされたスペースのリストからスペースを見つけ、[リンク解除] を選択します。

3. [リンク解除] を選択して確定します。

スペースのリンクを解除すると、サービス プロジェクトからのみ消去されます。これらのスペースは Confluence で引き続き使用できます。
