When looking at a work item in Jira Service Management, the panel in the sidebar shows who’s working on the work item, who originally raised the request, and any other people involved.
People you might see here can include:
Assignee: The person tasked with resolving the work item.
Reporter: The person who originally raised the request.
Request participants and Organizations: Customers and groups of customers who can see and comment on the work item.
Votes: Anyone who’s voted for the work item.
Watchers: Team members on your Jira site who receive notifications about the work item.
Approvers: The people responsible for approving or declining a request.
