ヘルプ リソースとは

In Jira Service Management, help resources refer to tools or resources created and managed within a service space to assist customers in resolving problems, accessing information, or serving themselves.

You can create three types of help resources in a service space: request types, knowledge base articles, and links to external resources.

リクエストタイプ

リクエスト タイプは、受信リクエストの定義と分類に役立ち、リクエストごとに適切な情報を収集できます。

Each service space comes with a set of pre-configured request types. You can also create new request types to meet your team's and customers' needs.

ナレッジベース記事

ナレッジ ベース記事は、解決策、トラブルシューティング ガイド、ベスト プラクティス、よくある質問への回答を提供する有益なコンテンツです。たとえば、オフィス Wi-Fi へのアクセス方法に関する多くのリクエストがある場合は、その手順を説明するハウツー記事を作成できます。

外部リソースへのリンク

外部リソース機能を使用すると、役に立つナレッジ、チャットなどのコミュニケーション チャンネル、リクエスト フォームなどへのリンクを、Jira Service Management 外にあるツールから追加できます。

たとえば、VPN のセットアップ方法に関する動画へのリンクや、休暇ポリシーに関するドキュメントへのリンクを追加できます。また、カスタマーや従業員を適切なサービス チームに導くための Slack チャンネルも共有できます。人事チームが別のツールでリクエストを受け取っている場合は、そのリクエスト管理システムにあるリクエスト フォームにリンクを追加することも可能です。
