フォームでリクエストを登録する

リクエスト タイプのリクエスト フォームにフォームを追加すると、顧客がポータルでそのリクエスト タイプのリクエストを登録する際に入力フォームとして表示されます。ポータルの詳細またはフォームをリクエスト フォームに追加する方法をご確認ください。

ポータルで、顧客がリクエストを登録している際は次のように動作します。

• このフォームはリクエストを登録するために単独で使用することも、既存の Jira フィールドと併用することもできます。

• フォームは、リクエスト タイプの設定時に追加した Jira フィールドの下に表示されます。

• 一見するとフォーム フィールドは通常の Jira フィールドと同じように見えるため、顧客はいつも入力している通常のリクエスト フォームとは別のオブジェクトであることに気付かないはずです。しかしながら、リクエストを登録した後はフォームが分かれて、リクエストに応じてフォームの下に表示できるようになります。

Create work items using forms

Create work items in Jira Service Management using direct links to specific forms, or general links to select the most suitable. Add forms to existing work items

When adding a form to an work item of a specific request type, forms that are recommended in work item appear at the top of the list of available forms. This allows agents and admins to add the right form to the work item quickly, without having to search through every available form.
