You need to be a project admin to turn the virtual service agent on or off in a Slack request channel.

Turn the virtual service agent on or off in a Slack request channel

To turn the virtual service agent on or off in a Slack request channel:

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels, then Chat .

  2. Under Request channels, use the checkbox next to Virtual agent to turn the virtual service agent on or off.
