ヘルプ センターのホーム ページのレイアウトを編集すると、ヘルプ コンテンツをカスタマーにどのように表示するかを制御できます。
ヘルプ センターのホーム ページを編集できるのは Jira 管理者だけです。
How you edit the home page depends on whether your help center is labeled Modern or Legacy. Find out which help center you're using.
Edit the home page in a Modern help center
In a Modern help center, you edit the home page directly in the editor. You build the page from sections and components, which you can add, arrange and delete. Cards replace topics, and a JSM Help component shows portals as cards so you can feature the ones that matter most.
To edit the home page of a Modern help center:
Select Help centers in the left navigation sidebar.
On the card for the help center you want to edit, select Customize help center (pencil icon).
In the toolbar, select Pages, then select Home.
Add, move or delete sections and components on the page.
To feature portals, add a JSM Help component. On its Source tab, set Type to Portals, then select the spaces whose portals it shows. On its Content tab, you can change the Heading and choose how to Order cards by, such as Popularity.

Customize the top of the home page
In a Modern help center, the top of the home page is a Callout banner. It holds the main heading, a description and search. Instead of search, it can show your help center's Rovo agent. On its Style tab, you can change its:
Size, such as Medium
Background type and Background color
Title color
Alignment: left, center or right
Corners
Search type:Normal shows a search bar with a search results page, and None hides search
To customize the top of the home page in a Modern help center:
Open the home page in the editor, then select the callout banner. Its settings open in the side panel.
On the Style tab, change the settings you want. To change the heading, go to the Content tab and edit Title. To add a description, turn on Description, then enter it in Description text. To add a Rovo agent, select Go to help center settings on the Style tab.
To change its width, use the width menu in the toolbar below the banner: Back to center,Go wide or Go full width.

In a Legacy help center, you edit the home page by managing topics and portals.

From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.
Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.
Under Help center management, select View all help centers.
On the card for the help center you want to edit, select … at the top right.
Select Customise look and feel. The help center opens.
Select Customise at the top right, and from the dropdown, select Manage topics and portals.
Once you're in the Manage topics and portals page, make necessary changes to the layout.
ここから、トピックの作成と管理、トピックとポータルの表示/非表示の管理、ポータルの特集とソートを行うことができます。
[Publish layout (レイアウトを公開)] を選択して、変更した内容をヘルプ センターに表示します。
また、[キャンセル] を選択して変更内容を破棄し、前回公開したホーム ページ レイアウトのバージョンに戻すことができます。

ホーム ページからトピックとポータルを非表示にする
You may not want to show all topics or portals to customers in your help center. For example, some topics or service spaces might contain sensitive information, be used for testing or evaluation, or only be relevant during certain times of the year. In other cases, you may want customers to raise requests to specific service spaces only by email, rather than through the help center.
このような場合、ヘルプ センターのホーム ページからトピックやポータルを非表示にできます。
ヘルプ センターのホーム ページでポータルとトピックの表示/非表示を管理できるのは Jira 管理者だけです。
トピックまたはポータルを非表示にするには、以下の手順を実行します。
Select Settings () at the top right.
From the dropdown menu, select Jira apps.
Under the Jira Service Management header, select Help center permissions.
Under Help center management, select View all help centers.
On the card for the help center you want to edit, select … at the top right.
Select Customise look and feel. The help center opens.
Select Customise at the top right, and from the dropdown, select Manage topics and portals.
Once you're in the Manage topics and portals page, hover over the topic or portal you want to hide and select the Hide from home page icon. Remember that doing this doesn't hide this portal or topic from the home page yet.

You can revert to the last published version of the home page by selecting Cancel. You'll lose all the changes you've made up until then. Portals or topics you may have hidden in that session will continue to be visible in your help center.

Once you're in the Manage topics and portals page, go to the Hidden section under Topics or Portals.
Select the Show in home page icon on the hidden portal or topic of your choice. Remember that doing this doesn't make the portal or topic visible in the home page yet.

You can help customers self-serve by featuring relevant portals at the top of a help center's home page. This is especially useful for promoting portals that are business-critical or are commonly used by customers. You can feature up to 15 portals in a help center.

[トピックとポータルの管理] ページに移動したら、ポータルの横にあるスター アイコンを選択してホーム ページで特集します。
特集セクションでドラッグアンドドロップを使用してポータルをソートします。
残りのポータルは人気順または名前順に並べ替えられます。
人気度でソートすると、ポータルは人気の高いものから人気の低いものの順に表示されます。人気度は、過去 90 日間の 1 日あたりの平均ポータルリクエスト数に基づいて計算されます。
名前でソートすると、ポータルはアルファベット順に表示されます。
ヘルプ センターに変更を反映させるには、[レイアウトを公開] を選択します。
変更を破棄して、ホーム ページのレイアウトを最後に公開したバージョンに戻す場合は [キャンセル] を選択します。
Once you publish the layout, featured portals will be prominently displayed on the home page, followed by the remaining portals sorted based on your choice. New portals that are added to your Jira Service Management site will be automatically sorted based on your selection in the Manage topics and portals page.
