Configure data dictionary issues
Data Manager is included in all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise plans.
This task requires Data Manager admin permissions.
When you merge data, Data Manager normalizes values by comparing them against the list of standardised values in your data dictionary. If an incoming value isn’t in a data dictionary, it appears as a data dictionary issue.
The Issues screen for the data dictionary lets you categorise these new values.
Use the issues screen
After a merge, if there are data dictionary issues:
From the sidebar, select Assets.
In Data Manager, select Object classes.
Select the ellipses (…) beside the Object class.
Select Data dictionaries.
Select the Issues column for the data dictionary you wish to correct.
(Optional) Select the up arrow or down arrow on Missing values to sort the values.
Select the checkbox for each value you want to add to a dictionary.
Select Add values.
In Add values to dictionary:
Choose the data dictionary group to update.
[保存] を選択します。
After modifying any data dictionary item, run a merge to see the changes reflected in your object class list.
