影響緊急性の優先度マトリックスを作成する

You can manually assign priority levels, create an impact urgency priority matrix, or use Automation to assign priorities for yourself in Jira Service Management. Find out how to create an automation rule to prioritize your incidents.

以下の例は、Jira Service Management で用意されている優先度評価を使用した、影響と緊急性のマトリクスです。これを元に独自のマトリックスを作成することも、まったく新しいマトリックスを作成することもできます。

Note that the priority values listed here are just examples. You can also create priorities that are specific to your service project. Read more about defining priority field values.

ワークフローの構成

1. Go to Settings () > Work items > Workflows.

2. 変更の作業タイプで使用されるワークフローを検索して、[編集] を選択します。 

3. 作成トランジションと最初のステータスの間に、新しいステータスを追加して、優先度トリアージと名付けます。 

4. このステータスから次の 5 つのトランジションを追加します。

   1. 最高

   2. 高

   3. 中

   4. 低

   5. Lowest

In each of these transitions, add a post function. 

1. 事後操作の [Update Work Item Field (作業項目フィールドをアップデート)] を選択します。 

2. 事後操作で、トランジションと一致するように [優先度] フィールドを更新します。たとえば、「最高」のトランジションには、[優先度] フィールドを [最高] に変更する事後操作があります。同様に、「高」のトランジションでは事後操作で [優先度] フィールドを [高] に、「中」のトランジションでは値を [中] に、「低」のトランジションでは [低] に、「最低」のトランジションでは [最低] に設定します。

3. ワークフローを公開します。 

ワークフローの構成後、作業項目が作成されるとすぐに、ワークフローは優先度トリアージ ステータスにトランジションします。また、4 つのトランジションがあり、優先度を値に設定します。 

Check the value of the Urgency and Impact fields, and fire off the corresponding transition according to the matrix by setting up Automation rules.
