Find similar work items in Jira Service Management

Make it easier for your team to find work items similar to the one they’re working on in a service project. The panel showing similar work items will work for all work types, including service requests, incidents, problems, changes, and post-incident reviews.

The similar requests panel uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to provide a list of recent requests that have a title that’s similar to the one you’re currently looking at.

Enable or disable the similar requests panel

To enable or disable the similar requests panel:

  1. サービス プロジェクトで、[プロジェクト設定] > [機能] の順に選択します。

  2. Under Work item view, turn the Similar requests panel toggle on or off.

See similar requests for a work item

To see similar service requests, problems, changes, and post-incident reviews:

  1. 作業項目に移動します。

  2. [Similar requests (類似のリクエスト)] を選択します。

  3. [オープン] または [Resolved (解決済)] を選択して、類似のリクエストをステータス別にフィルタリングします。 

To see similar incidents:

  1. Go to an incident.

  2. [類似のインシデント] を選択します。
