Find similar work items in Jira Service Management
Make it easier for your team to find work items similar to the one they’re working on in a service project. The panel showing similar work items will work for all work types, including service requests, incidents, problems, changes, and post-incident reviews.
The similar requests panel uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to provide a list of recent requests that have a title that’s similar to the one you’re currently looking at.
Enable or disable the similar requests panel
To enable or disable the similar requests panel:
サービス プロジェクトで、[プロジェクト設定] > [機能] の順に選択します。
Under Work item view, turn the Similar requests panel toggle on or off.

To see similar service requests, problems, changes, and post-incident reviews:
作業項目に移動します。
[Similar requests (類似のリクエスト)] を選択します。
[オープン] または [Resolved (解決済)] を選択して、類似のリクエストをステータス別にフィルタリングします。
To see similar incidents:
Go to an incident.
[類似のインシデント] を選択します。
結果改善のためにフィードバックを送信する
Improve the quality of results by selecting Yes or No for each result.
