エージェントのライセンスを解除する
エージェントのライセンスを削除するには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。
エージェントのライセンスを取り消すには、次の手順を実行します。
Select Settings (), then User management.
ユーザーを選択します。
[アクセス] で [Jira Service Management] トグルをオフにします。
The agent's license is released, and they are removed from the jira-service-project user group. This means that they won’t be able to work in any service space on that site.
