Types of stakeholders
There are two types of stakeholders you can add: Internal and External.
Internal stakeholders
Internal stakeholders are individuals or groups that are directly involved in the organization and are often part of its operational framework.
Internal stakeholders are involved in the internal workings of the organization.
Internal stakeholders often have some level of control or influence over the organization's decisions and operations.
Internal stakeholders are primarily concerned with the organization's internal performance, such as employee satisfaction and profitability.
Internal stakeholders will receive email communication on the incident lifecycle once they validate their emails.
External stakeholders
External stakeholders are individuals or groups outside the organization that are affected by its activities or have an interest in its performance.
External stakeholders interact with the organization from the outside.
External stakeholders typically have less direct control.
External stakeholders are more focused on the organization's impact on them and the broader community.
External stakeholders will receive email communication on the incident lifecycle once they validate their emails, even if they don’t have any access to the product.
