What does it mean for existing Jira Service Management sites
Starting from February 2026, existing Jira Service Management plans will be automatically moved to Service Collection and receive the new Customer Service Management app on the same cloud site. There will be no migration of users or data, nor major changes to the in-product experience for most licensed Jira Service Management users.
From October 2025, organization admins of eligible Jira Service Management sites can opt in to the Service Collection trial via Atlassian Administration.

Monthly customers on current Jira Service Management plans without special pricing or discounts
Sites using Jira Service Management Free
If your sites are eligible, you will get a Service Collection trial for your contract duration. At renewal, the trial converts to a full Service Collection subscription at the same price as your previous Jira Service Management plan. You can choose to end the collection, which reverts you to standalone Jira Service Management until Atlassian moves your subscription to Service Collection starting February 2026.
To opt in:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Atlassian apps.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Jira Service Management is now part of Service Collection” banner.
Select Try it now.
Follow the prompts to set up your collection.
You may not complete the process if your existing Jira Service Management subscription includes any of the following or similar situations:
Promotions or discounts
Expired plans

Enterprise プラン
Annual or multi-year contracts
You don’t need to contact Atlassian Support if you can’t complete the opt-in process. Atlassian will move your subscription to Service Collection from February 2026 and notify you when the move is complete.
