Track work items created as part of a journey

ジャーニーでは、特定のプロセスを完了するために必要なすべての作業、および特定のチームやプロジェクトにまたがるすべての作業間の関係を把握できます。

Once a journey type is triggered, a work item will be created. This will be based on what request type you selected as the journey parent, and will become your source of truth where all other work items will be linked. This includes all work items created in other projects.

To make it easier to keep track of work items created from a journey type you can create a queue. These will only show work items in your project, not any work items linked to journeys in other project. You can also search for the Journey type filter available in any queue under More filters.

Create a journey queue

1. Next to Queues in your project, select More actions (•••), then Queue settings.

2. Select Create queue.

4. In the Filter by section, select any filters you wish to apply in the Basic tab. Then select the JQL tab to enter a JQL statement with the relevant journey JQL syntax.

5. 必要に応じて、[並び順] ドロップダウン メニューから順序を選択します。

6. [列] セクションで、列を必要な場所にドラッグ アンド ドロップして更新します。これは、列がキューに表示される順序です。

7. [作成] を選択します。
