Atlassian Intelligence を使用してフィールドの候補を表示する

This feature is only available for Premium or Enterprise customers that have activated Atlassian Intelligence for Jira Service Management.

1. From your service project, select Space settings, then Request management, then Request types.

2. 「リクエスト タイプを作成」を選択するか、編集したい既存のリクエスト タイプを選択します。

3. 「リクエスト フォーム」タブの「フィールドの候補を表示」を選択します。

   1. Atlassian Intelligence によって生成された候補は自分だけに表示され、別の場所に移動するか、[キャンセル] を選択すると非表示になります。

4. 「追加」を選択して既存のフィールドをリクエスト フォームに追加するか、提供された提案に基づいて新しいカスタム フィールドを作成します。
