言語のサポートを停止する

If you'd like to stop supporting a language, we recommend you disable it rather than remove it from your service space. That way, you can keep up with translations in case you want to enable it again.

言語のサポートを停止するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. サイドバーにあるスペース名の横で、その他のアクション(•••)を選択し、スペース設定を選択します。

  2. Select Language support.

  3. リストで言語を探します。

  4. [顧客は利用可能] 列の言語の横にあるトグルをオフにします。

When you disable a language, customers who had set it as their preferred language will have a fragmented experience. They will see some of the content in the help center in their preferred language (for example, Log in or Profile), and rest of the content, like request types and notifications, in the service space’s default language.
