Review and export survey data
Surveys are currently being rolled out. If you can’t activate surveys right now, check again in a few days.
Surveys in Jira Service Management give you a simple way to listen to people across your organization at key moments, without the need for extra tools. Read more about surveys, or find out how to create a survey.
Once you’ve created a survey and gathered your data, you’ll want to review your data. You can also export your survey data as a CSV.
Review survey data
From the navigation on the left, select Surveys.
Select the survey you want to review data for.
Under Summary, you’ll see a summary of your survey data. Select the views, responses, or completion elements to explore that data in more detail.
Select Responses to review individual responses.
Export survey data
From the navigation on the left, select Surveys.
Select the survey you want to export data for.
In the top right, select More actions (), then Export as CSV.
