Open customer edits, or download a form on a work item

フォームが送信されたら、カスタマーからより多くの情報を収集できるようにカスタマーの編集をオープンするか、記録用にフォームの PDF または XLSX バージョンをダウンロードする必要がある場合があります。

フォームに対するカスタマーの編集をオープンする

You may want to open a submitted form for a customer to edit in the portal. If the form is locked, only project admins will be able to do this. Read more about form settings.

To open customer edits on a form:

1. Go to the work item with the form you want to open customer edits on.

2. [添付されたフォーム] で、フォームを選択します。

3. Select Actions (), then Open customer edits.

   1. カスタマーが再送信すると、このフォームでカスタマーの編集がクローズするので、再びカスタマーの編集をオープンする必要があります。

   2. If you wish to prevent your customer from making changes, select Close customer edits from the Actions () menu.

Download a form on a work item

フォームを PDF または XLSX ファイルとしてダウンロードするには、次の手順に従います。

1. Go to the work item with the form you want to download.

2. [添付されたフォーム] で、フォームを選択します。

3. Select Download PDF or Download XLSX from the Actions () menu.
