サービス プロジェクトから顧客を削除する
You must be a project administrator to remove customers from a service space.
To remove a customer from a service space:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Access, then People and access.
削除する顧客を探すには、その顧客を検索するか [ロール] ドロップダウンの [Service Desk Customers (サービス デスクの顧客)] でフィルタリングします。
顧客の横にある [削除] を選択します。
The above steps removes the customer’s access to the project however the customer stays visible under Customers for record keeping purposes. To remove them permanently, you need to delete the customer’s account.
