Monitor a journey in Automation's audit log

Once a journey is triggered, it will appear alongside rules in Automation’s audit log to help you track, monitor and troubleshoot all executions running across your project or instance. Read more about monitoring automation activity.

Like any rule execution, you’ll be able to view the date and time a journey was triggered, the status of its execution and any actions it may or may not have performed.

These entries are only stored for 90 days, with any entries older than this removed.

You can view the audit log of a journey execution either in the project the journey was created, or in global Automation.

View the audit log for journeys in a project

  1. サイドバーに表示されるプロジェクト名の横で [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、次に [プロジェクト設定] を選択します。

  2. [自動化] を選択します。

  3. Select the Audit log tab.

In order for journeys to appear in Automation’s audit log, the configuration of your journey type is also rendered within Automation’s rule builder. Any changes made to journey types in Automation can’t be synced in Journeys, and may cause your journey type to no longer work as expected.
