個人設定を管理するには、Jira サイトにログインする必要があります。公開と匿名の各ユーザーは、サイトのユーザー初期設定を継承します。
Your personal settings let you customize some elements of Jira to your liking, including language, time zone, watch settings, and email type. For other settings, like your full name, avatar, password, and email address, go to Manage your user profile.
From the top right of your screen, select Your profile and settings (), then Personal settings.
Update the options in the Preferences section and choose Save changes.
個人設定では、次のオプションを更新できます。
言語 – ご使用の Jira アプリケーションの言語を利用可能な別の言語に変更します。

Watch your work items – With this enabled, you become a watcher of any work item that you create or comment on. This means you'll get an email when someone updates or comments on the work item.
通知の管理
From the top right of your screen, select Personal settings.
Under Notification settings in the side navigation select Spaces and work items.
さまざまな作業項目のアクティビティから受け取りたい通知を選択できます。

Use the Customize space notifications section to set specific notifications for different spaces. You can customize notifications for up to 50 spaces.
すべての通知設定（既定またはカスタム）は、管理者が設定した通知設定の上に重ねるフィルターのように機能します。管理者が特定の通知をオフにしている場合、設定でそのような通知を受け取るように選択していても、通知が届かないことがあります。
To manage notifications for work items assigned to you that are overdue or due soon, go to your Personal settings, then General. Under the Jira Labs section, use the toggle for Overdue Alerts to turn these notifications on or off.
Jira Cloud での作業項目アクティビティに関するメール通知を選択する
Your Jira admin sets up your default notifications. Depending on the space, you may get notifications when someone adds a comment on a work item or someone completes a work log entry. These actions tend to happen in short bursts, with a few small, individual changes added to a work item within minutes of each other.
Instead of sending one email per change, Jira will consolidate individual updates into a single summary email. To make sure relevant updates are batched together, notifications could be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
重要な通知はすぐ送信されます。メンション、アラート、SLA 通知、新規割り当て作業項目などが重要な通知として挙げられます。
You can control some of these notifications to reduce the amount of emails you receive from Jira.

By default, you receive the notifications configured by your Jira admin. To choose not to receive any email notifications for work item activity:
From the top right of your screen, select Personal settings.
Under Notification settings in the side navigation select Spaces and work items.
Switch the toggle off for Receive email notifications for work item activity.
作業項目アクティビティの通知は届かなくなりますが、Jira サイトに関する更新情報、フィルター サブスクリプションの更新情報や Atlassian アカウントに関する情報など、他のメール通知は引き続き送信される場合があります。
受信トレイのメールをフィルタリングする
Summary emails have variable From fields, depending on who's adding updates to a work item:
メールに表示される更新の追加者が 1 人のみの場合、[送信者] フィールドには実行者名が表示されます。
メールに表示される更新の追加者が複数の場合、[送信者] フィールドには Jira と表示されます。
送信者のメール アドレスは常に jira@<yourinstance>.atlassian.netとなります。
接続されたアプリの管理
You can view and manage apps with access to your Jira account via the Personal settings page. These apps use OAuth access tokens work item by Jira to give them access to restricted data on an external, OAuth-compliant web application or website (also known as a "consumer").
Select Your profile and settings (), then Personal settings.
