Manage status page subscribers

You can manage who receives updates from your status page from the Subscribers tab. This page gives you visibility into all subscribers, their subscription channels, and current statuses.

To access subscribers:

1. Go to Operations > Status pages.

2. Open a status page.

3. Select the Subscribers tab.

Subscriber statuses

Each subscriber has a status that shows their current subscription state:

• Active: The subscriber is successfully subscribed and receiving updates.

• Pending verification: The subscriber has been added but hasn’t completed verification yet. Updates won’t be delivered until verification is complete.

• Inactive: The subscribers who fail to verify their email appear as inactive. When inactive, the updates aren’t being delivered to subscribers. 

• Unsubscribed: The user has chosen to unsubscribe from updates.

You can use filters to view subscribers by status. Each site supports up to 10,000 subscribers in total, including active, pending verification, and inactive users.
