Runscope と統合する
If you’re a customer who shifted your operations from Opsgenie to Jira Service Management, adding new instances of this integration isn’t possible in Jira Service Management. You can only edit the integrations that originally shifted from Opsgenie.
Jira Service Management が Runscope ユーザーにもたらすメリット
Jira Service Management では、Runscope との Webhook 統合を利用できます。Jira Service Management は Runscope アラートのディスパッチャーとして機能し、オンコール スケジュールに基づいて適切な通知先を決定します。メール、テキスト メッセージ (SMS)、電話、iOS や Android のプッシュ通知による通知を行い、アラートが承認またはクローズされるまでアラートをエスカレートします。
統合の機能性
Runscope でテストが失敗すると、Jira Service Management でアラートが作成されます。
Runscope でテストに合格すると、関連するアラートは Jira Service Management でクローズされます。
Jira Service Management で Runscope 統合を編集する
Jira Service Management で Runscope 統合を編集するには、次の手順を実行します。
チームの運用ページに移動します。
左側のナビゲーション パネルで [統合] を選択します。
Runscope 統合を検索します。
必要に応じて統合の設定とルールを編集します。
Runscope で統合を設定する
該当する場合はこのセクションの指示に従ってください。
[Radar (レーダー)] ページに移動して、既存のテストの名前をクリックするか新しいテストを作成します。
左側のナビゲーション パネルで [Editor (エディター)] を選択します。
[設定のテスト] の折りたたみを展開します。
Jira Service Management からコピーした URL を [受信者] フィールドに貼り付けます。
[設定のテスト] 折りたたみ可能ウィンドウの左ペインで、[通知] を選択します。
統合の Jira Service Management 側を設定したときに取得した API URL を [コールバック URL] フィールドに貼り付けます。
[保存] をクリックします。
