Campfire と統合する
If you’re a customer who shifted your operations from Opsgenie to Jira Service Management, adding new instances of this integration isn’t possible in Jira Service Management. You can only edit the integrations that originally shifted from Opsgenie.
Campfire was retired by Basecamp in favor of Basecamp 3, but is still available to existing Campfire users. For more information, see this post by Basecamp.

Jira Service Management で Campfire 統合を編集するには、次の手順を実行します。
Next to Operations in the sidebar, select More actions (), then General configuration.
Select Integrations and then Add integration.
Campfire 統合を検索します。
必要に応じて統合の設定とルールを編集します。

別のウィンドウを開き、Campfire に移動します。
ページの右上隅にある [マイ情報] を選択します。
6.API 認証トークンの下で、リストされた文字列全体をコピーします。
7. Jira Service Management の Campfire 統合ページに戻り、API 認証キーを対応する [トークン] フィールドに貼り付けます。
8. アラートを転送する [ルーム] フィールドに Campfire ルーム ID を入力します。ルーム ID は、目的のルームを表示している間、Campfire URL に記載されています。/room/ の直後の番号をコピーします。例: 「/room/123」
9. [サブドメイン] フィールドに Campfire サブドメインを入力します。サブドメインは、「.campfirenow.com」の直前にある Campfire URL に含まれています。
