統合でできるようになること

Amazon Route 53 Health Check 統合を使用して、Amazon Route 53 のヘルス チェック アラートを Jira Service Management に転送します。Jira Service Management は、オンコール スケジュールに基づいて通知する担当者を決定します。メール、テキスト メッセージ (SMS)、電話、iOS や Android のプッシュ通知による通知を行い、アラートが承認またはクローズされるまで、アラートをエスカレートします。

統合による機能

Amazon Route 53 Health Check でアラートが作成されると、統合を通じて Jira Service Management でアラートが自動的に作成されます。

統合をセットアップする

Amazon Route 53 は API ベースの統合です。設定は次の手順で行います。

  • Jira Service Management で Amazon Route 53 統合を追加する

  • Amazon Route 53 で統合を設定する

Amazon Route 53 Health Check 統合を追加する

The following capabilities are available in Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise:

  • 双方向の統合

  • Outgoing integrations at the team level

  • Integrations at a site level through Settings (icon) > Products (under Jira settings) > Operations

To access Jira Service Management Premium features, you must subscribe to a Service Collection Premium or Enterprise plan.

Adding an integration from your team’s operations page makes your team the owner of the integration. This means Jira Service Management only assigns the alerts received through this integration to your team.

 

Jira Service Management で Amazon Route 53 Health Check 統合を追加するには、次の手順に従います。

  1. Next to Operations in the sidebar, select More actions (), then General configuration.

  2. Select Integrations and then Add integration.

  3. 検索を実行して「Amazon Route 53 Health Check」を選択します。

  4. 次の画面で、統合の名前を入力します。

  5. オプション: 特定のチームが統合からのアラートを受信するようにする場合は、[Assignee team (担当者チーム)] のチームを選択します。

  6. [Continue] を選択します。
    この時点で、統合が保存されます。

  7. [統合を設定する手順] セクションを展開して、Jira Service Management のエンドポイントと API キーを含む統合 URL をコピーします。この URL は、後ほど Amazon Route 53 Health Check で統合を設定する際に使用します。

  8. [統合をオンにする] を選択します。
    統合のために作成したルールは、統合をオンにした場合にのみ機能します。

Amazon Route 53 ヘルス チェックで統合を設定する

Amazon Route 53 Health Check で統合を設定するには、次の手順に従います。

  1. Create an SNS topic. Find out how to get started with Amazon SNS.

  2. Add an HTTPS subscription to your topic with the integration URL you previously copied from Jira Service Management as the endpoint. If the configuration is successful, a confirmation alert is created in Jira Service Management. Find out how to add an HTTPS subscription.

  3. 事前に作成した SNS トピックに通知を送信するようにヘルス チェックを設定します。

    1. [Create alarm (アラームを作成)] で [Yes (はい)] を選択します。

    2. [Send Notification to (通知の送信先)] で [Existing SNS Topic (既存の SNS トピック)] を選択し、作成した SNS トピックを選択します。

    3. Select Create health check.

  4. [Get notified when health check fails (ヘルス チェックに失敗したら通知を受け取る)] ウィンドウで、次の操作を行います。

    1. [Yes (はい)] と [Send Notification to Existing Topic (既存のトピックに通知を送信)] を選択します。

    2. Jira Service Management 用に作成したトピックを選択します。

    3. [Create Health Check (ヘルス チェックを作成)] を選択します。
