内部ユーザー向けにチーム管理対象の通知を無効化する

If you have an internal service space where all your customers have Jira licenses, you might want to disable service space notifications while keeping Jira notifications.

Jira 通知を変更するには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。

To disable service space notifications and enable Jira notifications:

  1. Go to Settings (), then Apps.

  2. Select Jira Service Management, then Configuration.

  3. ページの [通知] で [はいJira Service Management と Jira の両方からの通知を顧客に送信する] を選択します。

  4. Go to your service space.

  5. From your service space, select Space settings, then Notifications, then Customer notifications.

  6. 各ルールの [有効化] をオフに切り替えます。

  7. Go to Internal notifications and customize the notifications for your agents and admins. Find out how to customize internal notifications.
