サイトから組織を削除する

Deleting an organization from your site doesn’t delete the customers in it. The customers still exist on the Jira site and have access to any spaces for which they have the Customers role, or if they have access through another organization.

サイトから組織を削除する方法

サイトから組織を削除するには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。

1. In your space, select Customers.

1. In your space, select Customers.

2. Select the Organizations tab.

3. リストから組織を選択します。

4. In the top right-hand corner, select More actions (), then Delete Organization.

Jira 製品設定を使用してサイトから組織を削除する方法

Jira Service Management の製品設定で、すべての組織を管理および削除することもできます。このアクションは Jira 管理者のみが実行できます。

1. In the top right hand corner of the screen, select Settings (), then Products.

2. Select Organizations.

3. 一覧で組織の名前をクリックして選択します。
