Changes to Jira Service Management Free and Standard
As of October 16, 2024, change management in Jira Service Management has moved from Standard to Premium. Existing service spaces in Free and Standard will continue to support existing request types and work types. Read more about the plan changes.
To access Jira Service Management Premium features, subscribe to a Service Collection Premium or Enterprise plan.
Change windows are visual indicators that show when change requests should (or shouldn’t) be scheduled. In the change calendar, you can create two types of change windows: maintenance windows and freeze windows. Learn more about change windows.
新しい変更の時間枠を作成する
新しい変更の時間枠を作成するには、次の手順に従います。
In your space, select Change calendar.
変更の時間枠を予定する日付と時間を見つけます。
目的の時刻がハイライトで表示されるまで、選択 (してドラッグ) します。
[変更の時間枠] を選択します。
[フリーズの時間枠] または [保守の時間枠] のいずれかを選択します。
変更の時間枠に名前を付けます。
必要に応じて、"開始日" と "終了日" フィールドの情報を更新してください。
Select a service space.
If desired, select an affected Assets object, and an affected service.
Enter a description for your change window.
[作成] を選択します。
変更の時間枠を再スケジュールする
変更の時間枠をカレンダー ビューにドラッグ & ドロップすることで再スケジュールするには、次の手順に従います。
In your space, select Change calendar.
再スケジュールする変更の時間枠を検索します。
変更の時間枠を選択して、希望の日付と時刻にドラッグします。変更の時間枠の期間を変更するには、変更リクエストの下部を選択して上下にドラッグします。
日付フィールドを使用して変更の時間枠を再スケジューリングするには、次の手順に従います。
左側のナビゲーションから [変更カレンダー] を選択します。
Select the change window you want to reschedule, then select Edit ().
"開始日" フィールドと "終了日" フィールドの情報を更新します。
[保存] を選択します。
変更の時間枠を編集する
変更の時間枠を編集するには、次の手順に従います。
In your space, select Change calendar.
Select the change window you want to reschedule, then select Edit ().
変更の時間枠の詳細があれば編集します。
Select Exit ().
変更の時間枠を削除する
変更の時間枠を削除するには、次の手順に従います。
In your space, select Change calendar.
再スケジュールする変更の時間枠を選択します。
Hover over Delete ().
[削除] を選択します。
