ショートカットを作成、編集、削除する

If there are websites or links that your team needs to access frequently, you can add them as shortcuts to the sidebar.

ショートカットの作成、編集、削除を行うには、プロジェクト管理者である必要があります。

ショートカットを作成する

ショートカットを作成するには、次の手順に従います。

1. In your project, select Add shortcut.

2. In the Web address field, enter the URL of the shortcut you want to create. Be sure to include the http:// or https:// prefixes.

3. In the Name field, enter a name for the shortcut. This will appear in the sidebar.

4. 追加 を選択します 。

Any shortcuts you create will appear in the sidebar.

ショートカットの編集または削除

ショートカットを編集または削除するには、次の手順に従います。

1. From the sidebar, find the shortcut you want to edit and hover over it.

2. [編集] () を選択します。

3. ショートカットを編集するには、必要な変更を加えたあと、[更新] を選択します。

4. ショートカットを削除するには、[ショートカットを削除] を選択します。
