Create a customer service space
If you serve customers outside of your organization, you can use the customer service management template. This fills your service space with workflows, reports, and other tools that are suited to help customers.
You must be a Jira administrator to create service spaces.
To create an external service space:
Next to Spaces, hover over Add (), then select Create space.

カスタマー サービス管理テンプレートを見つけて選択します。
Enter a Name for your space.
[詳細] を選択し、[キー] を入力します。
[作成] を選択します。
