カスタマー サービス プロジェクトの作成
If you serve customers outside of your organization, you can use the customer service management template. This fills your service space with workflows, reports, and other tools that are suited to help customers.
サービス プロジェクトを作成するには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。
To create an external service space:
Select Spaces > Create project.
[テンプレートの変更] を選択します。
カスタマー サービス管理テンプレートを見つけて選択します。
プロジェクトの名前を入力します。
[詳細] を選択し、[キー] を入力します。
[作成] を選択します。
