Changes to Jira Service Management Free and Standard
As of October 16, 2024, advanced incident management capabilities (such as major incidents and post-incident reviews) in Jira Service Management have moved from Standard to Premium. Existing service spaces in Free and Standard will continue to support existing request types and work types. Read more about the plan changes.
To access Jira Service Management Premium features, you must subscribe to a Service Collection Premium or Enterprise plan.
Slack は、Jira Service Management に接続して、チームが一丸となってインシデントに対応できるようにするためのチャット ツールです。インシデント対応時に Slack にアクセスするには、インシデントのコミュニケーション セクションにある [チャンネルを作成] または [[#channel name] を開く] リンクを選択します。
Slack ワークスペースを Jira Service Management に接続すると、インシデント用の Slack チャンネルの作成、インシデント担当者の Slack チャンネルへの追加、インシデントの優先度やステータスの更新、インシデントへの関係者やコメントの追加を行って、インシデント時のチームによる迅速な対応をサポートできるようになります。
サイト管理者として Slack ワークスペースとサイトを接続する
Jira Service Management サイトを複数の Slack ワークスペースに接続したり、その逆を行ったりすることができます (1 つの Slack ワークスペースを複数の Jira サイトに接続できます)。これによって、チームは任意の Slack ワークスペースにあるさまざまな Jira Service Management サイトからのアラートやインシデントに対応できるようになります。
From the top right of your screen, select Settings, then Apps.
Under Operations, go to Chat and video tools.
[Slack] で [新しいワークスペースを接続] を選択します。
Slack にログインして [認証] を選択し、Jira Service Management が Slack ワークスペースにアクセスできるようにします。
Once you’ve connected your Slack workspace with Jira Service Management, it will be available across all service spaces to be used for creating channels for incidents. Read how to create a chat channel from an incident.
You can use the /connect command directly in Slack to establish the link to your Jira space and ensure all configurations are properly set up.
If you don’t wish to use your Slack workspace in a specific service space, you can disconnect it:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Operations, then Incident management.
[コミュニケーション設定] で、接続を解除したいワークスペースの左にある [x] ボタンを選択します。
[切断] を選択します。
You’ll no longer be able to create channels for incidents in that space. You can switch it back on at anytime.
サイト管理者として Slack ワークスペースとサイトとの接続を解除する
From the top right of your screen, select Settings, then Apps.
Under Operations, go to Chat and video tools.
[Slack] で、削除したいワークスペースを見つけて [接続を切断] を選択します。
Slack ワークスペースとの接続を解除しても、そのワークスペースは Slack から削除されません。Jira Service Management との接続のみが解除されます。ワークスペースはいつでも再び追加できます。
