Clean up unused custom SLA fields

When new SLA metric names are created, new custom fields are created to store them. The type of these custom fields is SLA CustomField Type. Find out how to create an SLA in Jira Service Management.

Clean up unused custom fields

You need to be a Jira administrator to clean up custom fields.

To clean up unused custom SLA fields in Jira Service Management:

  1. From your Jira Service Management project, select Settings [ICON], then Products.

  2. In the left panel, under Jira Service Management, select Configuration.

  3. Under SLA metric names, select Clean up, then Confirm.
